Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2 November 2026
This notice covers the Jamsie Entertainment company website at www.jamsie-entertainment.com. It does not replace the privacy notices for Adrenaline Racing, SPEAKR or other linked services.
1. Who to contact
Jamsie Entertainment SOLE-PERSON IKE (registered Latin-character name: Jamsie Entertainment SINGLE MEMBER PC), trading as Jamsie Entertainment, is the controller for company enquiries and corporate website disclosures. Registered office: Mavili 11, 65404 Kavala, Greece. G.E.MI.: 196205630000. VAT: 803403957. For enquiries about personal information, email jamsie1908@gmail.com or call +30 695 532 9991.
2. Information and purposes
This static website has no account registration, checkout, newsletter subscription, embedded social feeds or web submission form. It does not include analytics or advertising scripts.
If you email or call us, we receive the contact details and information you choose to provide. We use these to respond to enquiries, provide support and discuss potential collaborations. Please avoid sending sensitive information unless necessary.
When deployed on GitHub Pages, GitHub records visitors’ IP addresses for security. The hosting provider may also process technical request information to deliver and protect the website. See GitHub’s privacy statement. Hosting records are managed under the provider’s practices.
Our Company Information page publishes the sole partner’s name, address and contribution categories and the manager’s name for statutory corporate transparency. These are public disclosures and are available to website visitors.
3. Legal bases
We handle ordinary enquiries on the basis of our legitimate interests in communicating with people and operating our business (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract, Article 6(1)(b) applies. Statutory company, partner and manager disclosures are processed to comply with corporate transparency obligations, including Article 47 of Law 4072/2012 (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR). Where records must be kept by law, Article 6(1)(c) also applies. If processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
4. Recipients and international processing
Information may be handled by people authorised to answer your enquiry and by the providers needed to operate our website and communications, including GitHub for the intended hosting and Google for our Gmail mailbox. We may disclose information where legally required or necessary to establish or defend legal claims. We do not sell enquiry information.
These providers may process data outside the EEA. Relevant safeguards may include an applicable adequacy decision or European Commission standard contractual clauses, as appropriate to the provider and transfer. You can contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your enquiry. See also Google’s privacy notice.
5. Retention
We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to answer the enquiry and manage any resulting relationship. We determine this period by whether the matter is closed, whether further contact is reasonably expected, and whether a legal obligation or claim requires continued retention. We delete or anonymise correspondence when it is no longer needed. Statutory corporate disclosures are maintained and updated for as long as the applicable publication obligation requires. Business, accounting and contractual records are kept for the legally applicable period. Provider-controlled security records follow the provider’s retention practices.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your information, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or withdraw consent where used. Contact us using the details above. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. We normally respond within one month; lawful extensions may apply.
You may complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority or your competent supervisory authority. Contacting us first can help us address your concern.
7. Cookies, children and automated decisions
This company website sets no cookies and uses no local storage, tracking pixels or profiling. See our Cookie Policy. It does not make automated decisions about you. This company information website is not designed to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information that should be removed, please contact us.
8. Providing information and updates
You do not have to contact us to browse this website. We may be unable to answer an enquiry without sufficient contact details or context. We will update this notice if the website’s processing changes; the date above identifies this version.
